Four services cover the enterprise hardware lifecycle.

Today that means manpower, on-site support, preventive maintenance, and parts, listed in the order your equipment needs them.

01 IT Manpower Outsourcing

Screened IT professionals add capacity to your team, without the recruiting load or permanent headcount cost.

An IT engineer walks between rows of office desks, carrying a laptop and a tool bag.
  • On terms agreed with you

Roles, shifts, and duration are agreed with you.

  • Day-to-day IT, on your site

Staff work on your site, handling day-to-day IT in positions you're not ready to fill permanently.

  • No recruitment round to run

    We handle screening and placement.

02 On-site Support

Engineers come to your site when a system fails, and fix it there to cut downtime.

A technician wearing an anti-static wrist strap opens a case of precision screwdrivers beside an open desktop computer.
  • Remote, and at your site

We support you remotely, and an engineer travels to your site when you report a problem, then inspects and repairs the hardware there.

  • Engineers can reach sites across Thailand

  • Scope of work set in the contract

03 Hardware Maintenance & Preventive Care

Engineers inspect and service your hardware on a schedule, catching faults before they cause downtime and extending its working life.

  • On a planned cycle

Engineers visit on a planned cycle to inspect and service hardware before it fails.

  • Flagged early

Parts heading for failure are flagged before they affect your systems.

  • Findings you can budget from

Findings from each round support budget planning for repairs and equipment replacement.

What one preventive visit covers

Every device type goes through the same five steps: cleaning, a condition check, a function test, firmware and patch checks, and a written record with recommendations. What changes is where we look on each kind of device.

Desktops and laptops

Typical in bank and government TORs: once or twice a year

  • Fans and heatsinks cleaned of dust, fan speed and temperatures checked
  • Disk health read from SMART
  • Laptop battery wear checked
  • Keyboard, ports, and screen tested
  • BIOS, drivers, Windows patches, and antivirus brought up to the versions your policy requires
  • Asset tags matched against your register

Printers

Typical in bank and government TORs: every quarter, or by page count

  • Pickup rollers, separation rollers, and the fuser cleaned
  • Page count checked against the maintenance kit interval
  • Meter reading logged and a test page printed
  • Firmware updated

Printers show the clearest results from scheduled care. Most paper jams come from dirty or worn rollers.

Servers and storage

Typical in bank and government TORs: every quarter or every six months

  • Logs and status read through the management controller (iLO, iDRAC, or XClarity)
  • RAID status checked, and disks starting to log errors flagged
  • Redundant power supplies, fans, and temperatures checked
  • Cache controller battery checked
  • Firmware compatibility confirmed before any update

Visits for this group are usually booked outside the working day, because some checks need a reboot.

Network and UPS

Typical in bank and government TORs: UPS twice a year

  • Switches: per-port errors, logs, and firmware checked
  • UPS: battery tested, runtime measured against the real load, and battery age checked (UPS batteries usually need replacing every 3–5 years)
  • Server room: temperature, humidity, and cabling checked

The right interval depends on your site. A dusty branch or a factory floor needs more frequent visits than an air-conditioned office. Your interval is agreed when we set the scope.

04 Parts Sourcing & Replacement

We source the right part for your model and fit it on-site, even for end-of-life hardware. One missing component doesn't have to mean a whole new unit.

  • Parts for discontinued models

  • Fitted at your site

  • Working units stay in service

Common questions

Where can your engineers work on site?

Across Thailand, inside the scope set in your contract. Some engineers travel from Bangkok, and there are regional teams in Chonburi, Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Songkhla.

How does support work?

We support you both remotely and on site. When you report a problem, an engineer comes to your site to inspect and repair the hardware.

Can we report an urgent problem outside the working day?

Yes. Contract clients can report it by phone, email, or LINE, through the channels set out in their contract.

Can you source parts for discontinued models?

Yes. We source the part, and an engineer fits it at your site.

What contract options are there?

Per job, or on a monthly or annual contract.

Do you survey the site before quoting?

Yes. We survey your site and list the equipment first, then propose the scope, service levels, and price.

Where do parts come from, and what's the warranty?

We import parts directly from our suppliers. Supplier warranty terms vary, so the terms we work to are the ones in your contract with us.

What equipment do you look after?

Almost all IT hardware, including desktops and laptops, printers, servers and storage, network equipment, UPS units, kiosks, and POS and EDC terminals.

Are your staff background-checked?

Yes, all of them. Before every job starts, the team signs an NDA and is background-checked, for banks and every other client alike.
